Macon ArtsgoRoundTown™ Middle Georgia is a proud partner and supporter of Macon Arts, a Community Alliance that is the single organization that works to support all the arts groups in the Macon and Middle Georgia area. Macon Arts is responsible for planning the community's cultural growth and development and serving as the catalyst and public designee for the arts, artists, and art organizations.

Many of the arts organizations listed here are members of the Macon Arts Arts RoundTable. Arts Round Table (A.R.T.) serves as a forum for Macon and Middle Georgia's arts and cultural organizations. A.R.T. provides member organizations with opportunities to meet and discuss their organization's upcoming activities, needs and plans. A.R.T. encourages members to forge partnerships to effect greater community service and is a valuable information and networking resource. Member organizations meet the second Wednesday of each month at various locations for lunch at 12:15 pm. “Promoting Visual Artists”

• Located in Macon, Georgia, The Middle Georgia Art Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of the visual arts.

• We sponsor exhibits, festivals, art classes, scholarships and education programs for our members and the community.

• Our gallery displays the works of our members and sponsors several exhibits of non-member artists whose work merits community support.

The primary functions of AIA Georgia are to increase the public's general knowledge and awareness of architecture and the role architects play in the built and planned environment; and government affairs to monitor state legislative and regulatory activities to promote and enhance the profession of architecture, those who practice, and to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public it serves.
