Brand Licensing for Organizations

goRoundTown® is currently seeking city organizations, convention and visitors bureaus, internet consultants and virtual tour producers that are interested in creating a local portal for their city or region. goRoundTown® wants to implement a Brand Licensee Program in the cities of interested parties that are conducting business under the goRoundTown® brand.

goRoundTown® believes it is important to setup our Brand Licensees for success; not failure. Here are a few reasons why organizations across the country should consider becoming a goRoundTown® Brand Licensee.

  • Website Network: goRoundTown.com has a continually growing established website located at goroundtown.com. Each goRoundTown® Brand Licensee has a complete directory / guide / portal built specifically for them and their local area located at cityname.goroundtown.com. This gives Brand Licensees the ability to showcase their local area and offer services and advertising for that region. In addition, a custom Facebook Page will be built to help spread the word in their local market.
  • Brand & Marketing Tools: goRoundTown® was established in 2007. It is in the final stages of deployment for the Middle Georgia area. The main goal is to establish a brand that represents the best quality local directory and guide for all cities and towns. Brand Licensees will be given professionally designed marketing materials including  designs for goRoundTown® customized business cards, tri-fold brochures and letterheads.
  • Support Network: goRoundTown® is continually seeking organizations to join the newly established Brand Licensee network. This gives Brand Licensees the ability to refer work to each other when their clients are in need of specialized services.

goRoundTown® encourages and values the input of our Brand Licensees on the growth of goRoundTown®. Here are some of goRoundTown®’s plans to continue adding additional benefits for our Brand Licensees in the near future.

  • Google Page Rank / Online Advertising: Investing advertising dollars in a heavily targeted inbound link program to increase search engine popularity and page rank, increasing targeted website traffic to Brand Licensee “mini-sites”.
  • Partnerships: Increase and build on existing strategic partnerships with other internet and technology related companies to build a stronger alliance network.

How much does it cost?

How much does it cost to become a goRoundTown® Brand Licensee? Currently goRoundTown® is charging an initial fee to license the goRoundTown® brand, build out the website network including Facebook, Twitter, etc., set up and start a web marketing campaign using Google. Early adopters of goRoundTown® will not have to pay any yearly fees until 3 additional areas have been developed. At that time, only an affordable yearly license fee will be imposed. The yearly license fee retained by goRoundTown® covers all administration, marketing, and billing fees provided to brand licensees.

In addition goRoundTown® requires that all goRoundTown® mini-sites include a web hosting page that features goRoundTown® Hosting services to local brand licensee clients. Brand Licensees that participate in signing up new hosting clients from their mini-site will receive a 35% recurring monthly commission for all web-hosting related revenue from clients signed up from their mini-site.

CONTACT ME FOR THE BRAND LICENSING FEES

goRoundTown® plans to eventually require a higher setup fee to new brand licensees, but existing brand licensees will be grandfathered into the new services without paying the initial setup fee. Some services may require a voluntary participation fee from existing brand licensees. Future brand licensees will have this service cost integrated into initial setup costs.
