1. Eligibility: To be eligible to join the giveaway, customers must register and opt-in for the email newsletters from Midstate Magazine, 11th Hour Online, and goRoundTown™. By opting in to the subscription, customer agrees to all official rules. Opting out of the subscription will forfeit the customer’s entry in the giveaway. Giveaway is valid only in the United States. Employees and family members of employees of Macon Magazine, 11th Hour and Najera Design+Associates are not allowed to participate in the giveaway.

2. Prize: Your choice of one brand new Apple iPhone 8G or Apple iPod Touch. iPhone is not activated and without contract. Winner will be responsible for contract and activation fees.

3. Winning the Giveaway: One winner will be announced January 30, 2008. Winners will be randomly chosen from a pool of eligible entries.

4. Prize Claim: Winner will be announced at the Cox Capitol Theatre January 30, 2008. Final date and time to be announced. All registered entrants will be informed with a notification email sent after announcement. Winners will then need to validated eligibility and compliance with giveaway rules. Forms will need to be filled out by winner stating agreement to rules that are applied to the winner. If potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification or submit aforementioned form, disqualification will occur and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Midstate Magazine, 11th Hour Online, and goRoundTown™ are not responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize.

5. General Conditions: Winner’s acceptance of the prize offers permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, and statements in all forms of media for Midstate Magazine, 11th Hour Online, and goRoundTown™ without notice or further compensation. Additionally, Midstate Magazine, 11th Hour Online, and goRoundTown™ are not responsible for any problems for any claims, damages or losses to any person, which includes deaths, damages, loses or liability in connection in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from use or misuse, acceptance or possession of any prize offered by or any participation with giveaway.

By providing the email address and accepting subscription, you hereby accept and agree to all official rules and terms.
