He moved to Macon, Georgia from England in the 70′s and has worked in several fine dining restaurants in Macon including Paul’s in the downtown Hilton, Leo’s, Le Bistro, Beaches, Capers, and Paul’s Bistro. The new restaurant located in Midtown/Payne City Macon serves freshly baked bread, gourmet chicken salad and more.
