The Grand Opera House, a Performing Arts Center of Mercer University, is located in downtown Macon, Georgia. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it currently hosts many Broadway touring companies, concerts (such as those of the Macon Symphony Orchestra, community theatre productions including the Nutcracker holiday show, and other performances and special events).
