Fort Valley is a city located in Peach County, Georgia. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 8,005. The city is the county seat of Peach County.
Fort Valley is the corporate headquarters of the Blue Bird Corporation, a large manufacturer of buses. The city is also home to Fort Valley State University, a Historically Black College and University.
