It was late Summer 2002 when three rather small-minded people got together and decided to build a restaurant in Milledgeville, GA. Proprietor Richard Toms, Designer Donnie Walloch, and Landlord Trey Britt identified the basement of the old Goldstein's Department Store as the ideal location to build an upscale Steak House. Those who saw the basement prior to renovation truly thought the threesome had finally checked out of reality. Donnie, however, saw potential in the 1800's brick and wood as the basis for creating a magnificent dining atmosphere.
